A simpler way to plan the next quarter
Choose a smaller set of priorities and give each one a question it can answer.

A useful quarterly plan makes tradeoffs visible. It names the customer problem, the expected change and the evidence the team will review.
Make the priorities explicit
Choose the few opportunities that can move the work forward. Give each one an owner and a review date so it does not disappear into a list of activity.
Leave room to learn
Reserve time to examine what the tests showed. The next plan should benefit from the last one.
