When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company, the services you are interested in, and any website address or message you choose to provide. The form also records which page and site location you opened it from so we can understand the context of your enquiry.

If you email us directly, we receive the details in your message. Our website hosting provider may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested.

We use the information you give us to respond to enquiries, discuss relevant services, keep a record of our conversations, and operate and protect this website. Sending an enquiry does not by itself sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

If you choose not to provide the contact details requested by the form, we may be unable to reply.

The site may use a first-party cookie to remember that you dismissed an announcement, where that feature is enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Some pages load third-party resources, such as Adobe Fonts. Embedded videos are loaded only when you choose to play them. Those providers may receive technical request information and apply their own privacy practices.

Contact form enquiries are sent through Resend to our email inbox. We also use service providers to host and deliver the website. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the site and its users.

Some providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps required by applicable law when using overseas providers. You can contact us for more information about the providers involved in a particular enquiry.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Contact enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our relationship with you, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical. No online service can guarantee complete security.

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@stratozphere.com. Please describe your request so we can identify the relevant information. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
